The Pilot Doesn't Require Another Curriculum for Your Staff to Teach.

Your staff

Coach. Guide. Teach. Support.

Between interactions

Learners use Rebral Learn independently to learn, practice and develop.

Next interaction

Staff can return with better context about appropriate engagement and progress.

Your part is simple, and it matters more than anything else.

Open the door. Make Rebral Learn available to your learners and invite them to use it. That encouragement from someone they already trust is often what helps a person take the first step. We'll handle the rest together.

Rebral Learn complements human support. It does not replace it.

Learners are encouraged to complete learning activities outside scheduled pilot sessions whenever possible. If device access or dedicated learning time is limited, learning time can be incorporated into supported sessions.

You're Not Handed an App and Left on Your Own.

The pilot includes direct support from Rebral Learn as your organization and learners experience the app.

  • • Review learning progress
  • • Receive technical support
  • • Explore app features
  • • Complete progress checks
  • • Share feedback about their experience

Organizational support

Your organization receives guidance as you begin using Rebral Learn and can raise questions, observations and needs throughout the pilot.

About your learners

  • • Are they engaging?
  • • What are they working on?
  • • Where is development occurring?
  • • Where may additional support be useful?
  • • How are they responding to independent job readiness development?

About Rebral Learn

  • • Does the experience fit the population you support?
  • • How does it complement your existing services?
  • • Is the visibility useful to your staff?
  • • How could it fit into your current approach?
  • • Would broader use make sense for your organization?

It gives organizations a real-world basis for deciding what should come next.

What We Ask From Pilot Partners.

The pilot is free because your experience matters to us too. We ask learners and organizational partners to engage honestly and share feedback about their experience.

  • Participate in agreed pilot activities
  • Attend supported sessions when possible
  • Share honest feedback, questions and observations
  • Communicate needs or barriers
  • Allow us to learn from usability, engagement and experience
  • Help us understand what works and what could be better

Your feedback helps Rebral Learn continue improving for the people and organizations it was built to serve.

A Focused Pilot. At No Cost.

There is no cost to participate in an approved Rebral Learn pilot.

To make sure each pilot receives meaningful support and produces a useful experience for everyone involved, pilots are intentionally limited in size and scope. Each one is a defined evaluation period with an agreed group, scope, timeline and support structure.

We'll work with your organization to agree on the appropriate pilot group, timeline and expectations before the pilot begins.
