Delete Your Data

When you use Rebral Learn we may collect the information you give us directly — such as your name and email address when you join the waitlist or request access — and limited analytics data about how you visit the site, such as an anonymous device identifier, the pages you viewed, and where you came from.

If you sign in with a social provider like Facebook or Google, we receive the profile information you authorize that provider to share with us (for example your name and email). We do not receive your password, and we never post on your behalf.

You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time. Use the form on this page, or email us at support@rebral1.ai with the subject “Data deletion request” and the email address associated with your account.

We will confirm your request within 30 days and permanently remove your data from our active systems. Where we are legally required to keep certain records (for example for fraud prevention or tax compliance), we will retain only the minimum necessary and restrict it to that purpose.

If you connected Rebral Learn through Facebook, you can also trigger deletion from your Facebook account: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → select Rebral Learn → Remove. Facebook then sends us an automated, cryptographically signed request and we delete the data we obtained from Facebook, including your stored profile and any linked account records.

For Google sign-in, removing Rebral Learn’s access from your Google Account security page revokes our access. To fully erase your stored data, submit the form below or email us and we will complete the deletion.

Anonymous visit data (such as an anonymous device identifier and page views) is not linked to your name or email. When you request deletion we remove your account and contact records; aggregated, de-identified analytics may remain in summary form as it can no longer be traced back to you.
