The MyGrowth Roadmap: What Happens in the First 30 Days
MyGrowth is funded by the organization, free to the user. Here is what the first 30 days actually look like.
MyGrowth is the user-facing side of Rebral Learn — calm, structured, low-stimulation. Organizations fund it. Users use it for free. Here is what the first 30 days look like.
Day 1 — Intake without overwhelm
A short, plain-language intake. No 47-question form. Three things: what you want to work toward, what makes good days good, and what makes hard days hard. That becomes the seed of your roadmap.
Days 2–7 — First habit loop
One habit. One time. One check-in. Sensory-aware reminders that fade as the habit forms. No streaks, no shame.
Days 8–21 — Mock interviews and sensory sims
If employment is the goal, you start mock interviews in a controlled, sensory-aware simulation. Replay. Reset. Try again. You build comfort with the environment before the stakes are real.
Days 22–30 — Roadmap review
Your advocate or coach sees what you have done — only what you choose to share. The roadmap adjusts. The next 30 days get planned together.
The point is not the streak. The point is forward motion that the user actually feels.
